1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Halftime Co. website (halftimecompany.com) and any associated services, including memberships and giveaways, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. MEMBERSHIP

Halftime Co. offers three membership tiers: The Bench ($10/mo), The Starting 5 ($25/mo), and The Franchise ($50/mo). By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method. Memberships may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued. Benefits, pricing, and tier names are subject to change with 30 days notice.

3. GIVEAWAY RULES

By entering any Halftime Co. giveaway, you agree to the following:

  • ▸Eligibility: Open to US residents 18 years of age or older.
  • ▸Entry: Members receive tickets automatically each month based on their tier. Additional tickets may be purchased at $1 each.
  • ▸Drawing: Winners are selected at random from all valid entries using a cryptographically random selection process conducted live on halftimecompany.com.
  • ▸Prizes: Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Halftime Co. reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
  • ▸Winner notification: Winners are notified by email within 48 hours of the draw. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.
  • ▸Taxes: Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
  • ▸No purchase necessary: A free account entitles you to purchase individual tickets at $1 each.
  • ▸Odds: The odds of winning depend on the total number of valid tickets in the pool at the time of the draw.

4. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Halftime Co. does not store credit card information. Monthly membership fees are non-refundable once charged. Individual ticket purchases are also non-refundable. If a giveaway is cancelled before the draw, ticket purchases for that specific giveaway will be refunded in full.

5. PRIVACY & DATA

We collect your name, email address, and payment information solely to operate our membership and giveaway services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Email communications will be sent from jb@halftimecompany.com. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, though transactional emails (receipts, winner notifications) will still be sent as needed.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and video, is the property of Halftime Co. and protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Halftime Co. is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
