Halftime Co. provides podcast production, video editing, content creation, and related creative services. All project pricing is agreed upon in advance. Deposits are non-refundable once creative work has commenced.
We collect your name, email address, and any information you submit through our contact or project inquiry forms solely to respond to your requests and deliver services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
All content on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and video, is the property of Halftime Co. and protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
Halftime Co. is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
